MDF unlike other wood-based sheet material allows detailed machining operations to be carried out on faces and edges with ease and efficiency. This quality of MDF boards enables machining operations to be carried out without breakout or the void exposures within the core of the board. The smooth and stable surfaces of MDF provide an excellent substrate for painting or the application of decorative foils or wood veneers at the best MDF board price.

The inherent stability, good machinability and high strength of the MDF Sheets makes it a great alternative to solid wood. Although primarily developed for use in furniture, MDF can be used for shop fitments, exhibition displays, wall panelling, architectural mouldings etc.
